âą Reporting to the Manager of People Development and Training, the Recruitment Coordinator will support our People Development and Training team to support national recruitment initiatives across EMCO. âą Exceptional organization, strong interpersonal skills, and adapting quickly to technology will be key components of this role. âą Support the national recruitment team in finding top talent for our national Management Development program. âą This will include (but is not limited to) the following: âą Resume screening âą Phone screening âą Virtual interviewing âą Supporting the coordination of career fair events âą Working with leadership to help onboard new hires âą Create and manage all job postings for the Management Development Program and National Support Centre âą Conduct exit interviews âą Draft effective job ads that accurately reflect the scope and requirements for the position âą Help coordinate the annual national Future Leader Conference for approximately 100 attendees âą Maintain a standard of quality and consistency in all deliverables âą Leverage stakeholders to provide consistent feedback and be ready to quickly pivot and adjust
âą Successful completion of a post-secondary program in Human Resources or equivalent work experience in a Human Resources administrative or recruiting role âą Strong technical skills and comfort adapting to new technologies (i.e. LMS, ATS, MS Office, etc.) âą Bilingual (English/French) required âą Patience to deliver semi-repetitive content and answer questions from a wide base of trainee knowledge âą Ability to work independently within a dynamic team, organize time among multiple tasks, work through processes and problem solving for teammates in the field, and support our internal team in meeting deliverables. âą 1-2 yearsâ experience in administrative support, recruiting activities, event planning, or learning organizations.
