• Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Preparation of market and competitive analyses, and identification and screening of target companies in our focus sectors. • Due Diligence & Financial Modeling: Support in the due diligence of potential new investments, performing financial analyses and modeling LBOs as well as value-creation plans. • Transaction & Investment Support: Preparation of deal materials and Investment Committee documentation, and preparation and follow-up for management meetings. • Portfolio Management: Contribute to the development of portfolio companies, particularly in value-creation programs, market monitoring and analysis of operational KPIs. • Firm Development: Support internal projects to advance the organization, optimize processes and refine strategic direction.
• Completed bachelor’s degree or advanced master’s studies (Business Administration/Finance/Management or STEM with a finance focus) with excellent academic results. • At least two relevant internships in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or transaction services. • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; solid understanding of valuation. Prior financial modeling experience (including LBOs) is an advantage. • Business-fluent German and English, strong analytical skills and a structured working approach. • High self‑initiative, ownership mentality, team orientation and resilience in dynamic deal phases.
