📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive support to our commercial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. • Assist in the preparation and management of commercial documents and contracts. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. • Maintain and update customer records and databases. • Provide support in the development and implementation of commercial strategies. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups. • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the commercial team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 2–3 years of Sales experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment. • International Sales experience required. • Bilingual in German and English, both written and verbal, is required. • Proven experience in a commercial support or administrative role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
