📋 Description

• Personally managing and growing key accounts • Coaching, leading, and developing Account Managers assigned to the region • Driving performance across the Southwest territory (Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi) • Identifying growth opportunities inside and outside the fire protection industry • Building and deepening long-term relationships with high-value customers • Developing and presenting strategic growth plans to key accounts • Supporting onboarding and ongoing development of sales team members • Holding self and team accountable to established internal and external KPIs • Gathering and reporting customer feedback • Tracking, reporting, and managing performance using CRM tools • Serving as an internal subject-matter expert for the Southwest region

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership and coaching ability • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills • Strong organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Self-motivated with a track record of producing results • Experience with CRM reporting and sales performance tracking • Presentation experience (preferred) • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (preferred) • 3+ years of relevant sales leadership experience (preferred)
