• Strong leadership and coaching ability • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills • Strong organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Self-motivated with a track record of producing results • Experience with CRM reporting and sales performance tracking • Presentation experience (preferred) • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (preferred) • 3+ years of relevant sales leadership experience (preferred)
