• Develop and implement growth plans, such as pipeline, account planning, and forecasting • Identify and drive new business opportunities • Lead demand generation with marketing and deliver technical sales presentations • Manage short- and medium-term sales cycles and operate demo hardware as needed • Build strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders • Align NI solutions with customer needs and ensure success throughout the lifecycle • Collaborate with solution, integration partners, distributors, and resellers • Work with NI’s channel team to expand the partner ecosystem • Propose new partnerships and support effective route-to-market strategies • Foster local LabVIEW and NI user communities • Plan and carry out customer-facing events (webinars, seminars, user groups) • Align with internal teams on critical initiatives and monitor industry trends • Develop localized marketing plans and leverage government funding opportunities • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and provide reliable forecasts • Track sales activities and ensure pipeline health and data integrity
• 5+ years experience in technical sales, field, or application engineering • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background • Test & Measurement experience, ideally with NI platform • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for technical and executive engagement • Ability to align technical solutions with customer objectives • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and forward-thinking • Proficient in English and at least one of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish • Willingness to travel extensively within the sales area
