• Ensure correct implementation of customer contracts and commercial terms in our internal systems (e.g., CRM, billing, provisioning), after all required internal and external approvals have been obtained. • Translate signed agreements into clear, executable configurations (e.g., products, pricing, terms) that can be reliably used by Sales Ops, RevOps, and Customer Success. • Work closely with Sales, SalesOps, Customer Success, and Support to ensure alignment on customer status, contract details, and commercial commitments. • Maintain high data quality in CRM (Salesforce) and related systems by ensuring that opportunities, accounts, and contracts are complete, consistent, and up-to-date. • Support Revenue Operations with structured information and insights needed for forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting.
