📋 Description
• Facilitation, mapping and proposal of solutions for business needs. • Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client’s business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet them. • Support the development team by taking on work items for development each Sprint. • Support the Product Owner in decomposing business needs, identifying system requirements generated/impacted as user stories to begin sprint execution. • Responsible for uncovering stakeholders’ true needs, not merely their explicit wishes. • Support development-related activities, with emphasis on elicitation and documentation of functional and non-functional software requirements. • Manage own work and promptly notify the team of any potential delays.
🎯 Requirements
• Required: • IBM MQ • Proven experience in IT project development • MAINFRAME - CICS, MAINFRAME - MQ, MAINFRAME - TWS FOR Z/OS, DATABASE - DB2, MAINFRAME - TSO, MAINFRAME - JCL • Programming skills in Enterprise COBOL 4.0 or higher • Knowledge of the IBM platform (z/OS, DB2, CICS, JCL, TSO, MainView, Strobe and Control-M) • Experience working as an analyst on a mainframe platform • Knowledge of relational database modeling and database performance analysis • Knowledge of VSAM data files • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) • Knowledge of code quality and performance analysis for mainframe applications • Experience using access interfaces such as CICS, CICS/WEB, Broker, MQ Series • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (completed)
