📋 Description

• Analyse sales data and product performance to support Dairy, Beef InFocus, Beef-on-Beef and GeneAdvance product lines • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across product portfolios, providing clear, actionable insights • Build and maintain reporting dashboards covering pricing, product categorisation, and contracted vs. non-contracted sales • Support the development and maintenance of global GeneAdvance account data, including product requirements and volume forecasting • Track product performance gaps, including volume leakage and genetic quality opportunities • Contribute to competitor analysis, ensuring commercial teams are well-equipped to differentiate Genus offerings • Support the preparation of presentations, reporting packs, and strategy materials for internal stakeholders • Assist with ad hoc product line management activities and cross-functional initiatives • Explore and apply AI and automation tools to enhance reporting efficiency and analytical capability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or market research • Background in agriculture, animal science, or a related sector is advantageous • Strong experience working with data analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modelling • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate data into insights • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with confidence to inform and influence • Highly collaborative, with experience working across cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); exposure to AI or automation tools is advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or a related field
