📋 Description

• Assist in preparing accurate quotes and orders • Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details and follow up on acknowledgments • Maintain client interaction and order-status records in internal systems • Support the sales team by managing small to mid-sized projects under supervision • Organize and color-code floor plans and product counts for client presentations • Assist with sales reports and meeting documentation • Request and track Certificates of Insurance for project installations • Address client inquiries and provide timely responses • Prepare installation materials, manage punch lists, and help resolve discrepancies • Collaborate with Senior Sales Coordinators and Sales Managers to complete projects on time and within scope • Confirm purchase orders and vendor acknowledgments • Create and manage vendor deposit requests • Resolve acknowledgment discrepancies and maintain order-status reports • Create Operations requests and assist with installation packages • Maintain punch-list documentation and order punch-list items • Create laser and RA tickets when needed to prompt freight claims • Invoice upon delivery and installation • Manage day two orders and maintain client contact after installation • Set up new customers and vendors • Request warranty information • Compile Product Mix Reports

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree plus 1-2 years of professional experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Steelcase and Hedberg experience required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to take initiative and think proactively • Comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time • Proven organizational and time management skills • Critical thinking capabilities to solve any issues • Understanding and adherence to deadlines • Ability to work well in a team environment
