📋 Description

• Provide technical support to users • Troubleshoot IT-related issues and resolve technical incidents • Respond to help desk queries • Support Service Desk operations with a focus on Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) • Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning, role changes, and system permissions • Support the IT team to ensure systems run efficiently • Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and ITIL best practices • Maintain technical documentation • Deliver a professional user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of user account management for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) • Experience with Active Directory, including creating, modifying, and disabling users and groups • Experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange, including mailboxes and access • Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles • Experience with ticketing systems • Basic Windows OS and application support knowledge • Hardware and asset lifecycle management for laptops and peripherals • Clear communication with technical and non-technical users • Attention to detail, particularly for access control • Time management and prioritisation • Customer service mindset • Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability • Ability to follow processes accurately • ITIL® 4 Foundation • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) • Service Desk & Support Certifications • CompTIA A+ • CompTIA ITF+ • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
