📋 Description

• Drive execution and accountability within the squads. • Own the rhythm of business for the engineering squads. • Provide hands-on mentorship and quality assurance to engineering and product associates. • Serve as the bridge between clinical operations and technology. • Design and manage product lifecycles that account for complex interactions between patients, providers, and administrators. • Translate high-level company goals into a prioritized roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Digital Health or Clinical Technology. • Required residency in the US for at least 10 years • Proven experience shipping products that serve the distinct needs of Patients, Providers, and Administrators. • Experience managing agile ceremonies and driving accountability in engineering teams. • Proven experience building with AI tools. • Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms to build internal tools or MVPs rapidly. • Must be bilingual and able to work in Spanish.
