• Help contribute to Endstar's development • Integrate the community into our development via mentoring, live demos, and code reviews • Work directly with the Lead Engineer and core team on internal development for Endstar • Directly oversee student interns from around the world in a make-to-learn internship environment • Give detailed feedback on code reviews and approvals on pull requests

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years professional programming in Unity (using C#) • Shipped one or more games built in Unity • High self-motivation and drive • The ability to actively participate and offer creative solutions to game design challenges • Excellent communication and team skills • The ability to effectively collaborate with a team of other programmers, artists, and designers • Proficient in writing technical documentation • Experience implementing networked gameplay is a bonus • Experience supporting a live service is a bonus • Familiarity with Unity’s NetCode for GameObjects (formerly MLAPI) is a bonus • Experience mentoring or teaching students to code is a bonus • Samples of completed Unity game projects you have directly contributed to are a bonus • Prior experience developing for or supporting learning, especially learning to make games is a bonus
