📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for our users and healthcare professionals — by phone and in writing — always calm, empathetic and genuinely solution-focused. • You don’t just solve technical and content-related questions — you understand them. • You follow bugs and issues through to the final click without letting up. • You enjoy communicating, manage your time well, and keep track even when several requests are open at once. • We guarantee our users a response within 24 hours — including weekends and public holidays. • Modern support tools such as Intercom are not new to you — you use them efficiently and get the most out of them. • You actively follow new technologies, especially developments around AI and AI-powered tools, and bring ideas for how we can use them meaningfully in support. • You think beyond your immediate tasks: you spot where processes can be improved, proactively propose changes and take responsibility — not because you have to, but because you want to. • You want to invest full-time in something that really makes an impact.

🎯 Requirements

• You communicate confidently — both in writing and verbally — and know how to engage with different people. • You work independently and know when to escalate an issue or bring it to the team — taking responsibility is natural for you. • You have an eye for detail and don’t lose the thread even in complex cases — and to prove it: we’re all on first-name terms and you should start your cover letter with “Hey Gapcloser”. • You have technical aptitude — support tools like Intercom, Microsoft Office and digital workflows are second nature to you. • You have several years of experience in direct customer support, ideally with a medical context. • You find AI tools and new technologies exciting and integrate them pragmatically into your daily work. • You are willing to quickly learn new topics/systems and have no problem teaching yourself independently. • You speak fluent German and can communicate very well in English. • You are willing to travel occasionally for workations (3–4× per year).
