📋 Description

• Monitor marketplace activity to detect suspicious behaviours and prevent fraudulent transactions • Analyze data to identify fraud patterns, emerging risks, and new attack vectors • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to design and improve fraud detection and prevention systems • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts for ongoing fraud monitoring • Support the creation of policies and procedures to strengthen fraud prevention and customer trust • Investigate escalated cases and recommend actions based on risk assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or trust & safety within a marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, spot patterns, and draw actionable insights • Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection, or rule-based systems • Proactive mindset and detail-oriented approach • Comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
