📋 Description

• Build and lead the finance team and Business Analysts hub; hire, develop, and manage performance • Build the treasury function from scratch, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, payment prioritization, cash pool strategy, and working capital management • Set FX policy and hedging strategy for the group and oversee execution by the FP&A team • Own banking relationships, negotiate products and deals, manage account infrastructure, and drive operational banking processes • Prepare and deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting packages to the board • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; review and challenge FP&A financial models and business cases • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards • Partner with the CFO, product, commercial, and operational teams on financial guidance and decision-making • Develop and improve finance processes as the product and business lines evolve • Set the direction for AI adoption and process automation within finance and lead automation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any other related field • 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years managing teams • Ability to operate as a high-level individual contributor on strategic projects while building and leading a growing team • Strong business acumen and ability to identify root causes • Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and board-level reporting • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools • AI-first mindset and active use of AI tools in daily work • Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills • Fluency in English, written and spoken • Experience in treasury, cash management, FX risk management, or hedging strategies would be a plus • Experience in a high-growth tech, marketplace, or e-commerce company • CV must be submitted in English
