• Cold calling / scheduling new appointments or warm calling / rescheduling follow-ups • Handling leads with appointments to present our company • Conducting online meetings = qualifying customers for further sales • Conducting conversations in German with senior business contacts (Head of Purchasing / Managing Director) • Preparing follow-up documentation for potential customers from qualification through to offering suitable network partners as preparation for sales • Documentation and data maintenance in our system • Providing sales support in follow-up meetings as required
• Several years of experience in sales (mandatory). • Work experience and expertise in the energy sector (required) — alternatively, a strong willingness to quickly and independently acquire industry knowledge outside working hours • Confident and competent conduct of sales conversations in German • Customer- and sales-oriented approach • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with PCs, software applications and AI tools • Home office workspace with your own infrastructure (PC, internet) • Ability to work independently • Proactive contribution to and optimization of our processes to achieve the best results
