📋 Description
• Own and articulate the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Set product priorities and make high-impact trade-offs • Lead evolution of EnergyHub’s platform for scale • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market leaders • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product organization
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in product management, including senior leadership roles • Proven success with enterprise B2B SaaS products • Strong business ownership mindset • Technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams and stakeholders • Experience evolving products into platforms or ecosystems • Executive presence with ability to align and influence stakeholders and customers
