📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the strategic front within Amazon Ads, identifying innovations and opportunities, and developing initiatives that increase the brand’s presence and competitiveness on the platform. • The role requires a strategic perspective on implementation, exploration of new formats, development of tests, and adaptation to the evolving Amazon ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience with Amazon Ads (DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) • Media strategy with a growth-oriented and differentiation-focused mindset • Familiarity with Retail Media trends and consumer behavior • Ability to design tests and strategic roadmaps • Macro-level data interpretation — market, competitor and market-share analysis • Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is desirable • Advantage: experience with other retail media platforms • Strategic thinking and long-term vision • Leadership of initiatives (even without direct team management) • Ability to argue and defend ideas with supporting evidence • Creativity and an innovative mindset • Collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional teams • Clear communication and strong articulation skills
