📋 Description

• Build top-of-funnel pipeline within an assigned territory • Execute high-volume outbound phone outreach to district leaders, principals, and administrators • Conduct discovery conversations to identify district needs, priorities, and readiness • Qualify inbound leads and hand off warm opportunities to the sales team with context and notes • Maintain accurate outreach, contact, and lead-status records in Salesforce • Research prospective districts and contacts to expand the territory prospect list • Drive registration and attendance for regional e2L events • Coordinate pre-event and post-event outreach sequences with the marketing team • Track event attendance, engagement, and pipeline outcomes in Salesforce • Own outreach and registration campaigns for annual events • Collaborate with the DSP and EDPS to identify high-priority districts and contacts • Support event logistics and follow up with attendees to support lead progression and sales handoff • Participate in territory syncs and contribute territory-level intelligence to inform planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, marketing, or a related field • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related role, or demonstrated interest in transitioning into sales from an education background • Experience in K–12 education or EdTech strongly preferred • Comfort with high-volume phone outreach and engaging senior district leaders • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach sequences, events, and priorities • Proficiency in modern productivity tools; prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is a plus • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Time management skills • Project management skills • Collaboration skills • Organizational skills • Background check and drug screening required
