📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue goals. • Own personal quota for strategic enterprise deals. • Prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business. • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align pipeline generation, messaging, and execution. • Refine and optimize the sales process to ensure scalable, repeatable success across target segments. • Engage with C-level and senior executives to position Aivo’s AI engagement solutions as critical to their customer experience strategy. • Analyze sales performance data, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and conversion rates. • Foster a winning, collaborative, and high-energy culture that reflects Aivo’s core values. • Provide field feedback to Product and GTM leadership to help shape roadmap priorities and market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success as an Enterprise or Strategic Account Executive in SaaS sales, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or player/coach capacity. • Proven track record of building and leading high performing enterprise sales teams. • Consistent success selling complex SaaS or AI/automation solutions into large accounts, ideally within financial services or other regulated industries. • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing six- and seven-figure deals. • Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions. • Strong understanding of AI and its applications. • Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business in large or strategic accounts. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior-level executives. • Self-starter with a bias for action, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
