• Support Enginuity to unleash the power of sector data by providing actionable data analysis and market intelligence through the development of BI dashboards. • Collect, analyse and interpret data to provide insights on market trends, sector performance, workforce needs, productivity, skills gaps and emerging opportunities. • Analyse and monitor complex sector data within PowerBI, produce ad hoc data and reports. • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to deliver tailored insights. • Support the development of data solutions, ensure data quality and compliance standards are maintained. • Help integrate data from multiple sources. • Contribute to the development of AI capabilities and commercial data products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build and maintain positive effective relationships across all levels of the business • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to rapidly understand and interpret data in new or complex contexts, delivering clear, relevant, and high-impact insights • Experience with SQL, PowerBI/DAX, ETL/ELT, Tableau/Qlik and other relevant Business Intelligence tools is essential. • Experience or qualifications in business intelligence tools • Knowledge of the training and skills sector • Understanding of the engineering and manufacturing landscape • Experience taking a data product to market • Experience of applying AI techniques within data products would be advantageous in this role.
