📋 Description

• Manage and support distributor partners to ensure sales targets are met. • Foster positive relationships with distributors and key accounts in the market. • Conduct market visits and participate in ride-alongs with distributor representatives. • Organize and conduct product demonstrations in key accounts to enhance sales and brand awareness. • Identify and build relationships with top accounts to strengthen distributor partnerships. • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. • Provide training, guidance, and support to distributor partners as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older. • 2-5 years of sales and/or management experience in related industries. • Proven track record of success. • Cannabis and/or beverage alcohol experience is a plus. • Highly sociable with an outgoing personality and strong sales skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience creating impactful presentations and working with spreadsheets. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. • Willingness to travel within the assigned state.
