📋 Description
• Oversee day-to-day client operations and revenue cycle activities • Form and nurture client relationships to meet performance expectations • Communicate organizational values and leadership to associates • Monitor bad debt and identify process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Business • ONE CERTIFICATION PER FIELD • CRCR or other approved job relevant certification • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong emotional intelligence • Ability to coach and develop others • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
