📋 Description

• Overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the identity and access management strategy • Ensuring only authorized individuals have access to the appropriate resource and information within Ensemble systems • Serving as an escalation point with Operations and Clients • Developing and implementing a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with business objectives and security requirements • Establishing IAM policies, procedures, and standards • Managing the entire lifecycle of user identities • Collaborating with Security on access control policies • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to identity management and access control • Building and leading a team of IAM professionals • Collaborating with external vendors to evaluate third-party IAM solutions • Identifying and mitigating security risks associated with identity and access management

🎯 Requirements

• Job Experience - 10 or More Years • People Leadership Experience - 5 to 10 Years • Desired Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience • Preferred Field of Study: Computer Science
