📋 Description

• Responsible for day-to-day client operations and implementation of policies • Build relationships and organizational alignment with clients • Communicate organizational values and ensure positive leadership • Monitor bad debt and process improvements in key areas • Act as a revenue cycle expert ensuring communication of changes • Facilitate monthly client meetings to review revenue cycle operations performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience • Advanced usage of AI and management of teams with AI • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) • Certification (CRCR or other approved job relevant certification) • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
