📋 Description
• Perform insurance authorization for all patients scheduled for services • Select accurate medical records for patient safety • Work with insurance companies and/or physician offices to complete insurance authorization requirements • Identify appropriate clinical records and submit authorization requests to insurance companies based on plan requirements • Act as a liaison between ordering physicians and insurance companies to ensure requirements for approvals are communicated
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • 2+ years of Insurance Authorization experience • Certification: Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire - Company Paid
