📋 Description

• Creates, maintains, designs, monitors and troubleshoots Ensono or client databases • Uses specific relational database management systems • Develops and implements database recovery mechanisms and procedures • Coordinates security measures to safeguard database integrity • Installation and configuration of database software and related products • Plans and implements Database backup and recovery • Implements robust change control and configuration management policies • Capacity planning & system-level architecture • OS/Storage/DB configuration and optimization with supervision • Performs database security checks and audits • Manages database users and security/access control • Configures and addresses issues related to Encryption & CDC • Performs Data Privacy masking and obfuscation using Compuware Topaz • Manages I/O using V-Locity (DymaxIO) • Defines and maintains quantitative SLAs and helps enhance current service levels with supervision • Automates measurement of quantitative SLAs & any deviations thereof • Documentation related to all Systems DBA areas

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience • Analytical • Organizational • Strong Problem Solving • Documentation • Ability to Multi-task • Relational Database • SQL • UNIX • Windows • Database Administration • Project Management • Ability to work independently • Logical/Physical Database Design • Advanced, proven knowledge of Ensono products (Preferred)
