📋 Description

• Direct the development of Clean Earth strategies and product/service offerings within a regional geography • Provide leadership, development, and direction for the implementation of business/sales strategies • Maximize revenue and profits through maintenance of existing customers and acquiring new customers • Manage recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and development of sales staff • Serve as a regional liaison between various teams to exceed service requirements • Direct and manage sales productivity and profitability • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract renewals • Coordinate business relationships with third-party companies when needed • Ensure KPIs are met and structured programs are followed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Environmental/Science • Ten or more years of sales experience • Five or more years of sales management experience • Solid knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data • Ability to write in a clear and concise manner • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers • Ability to effectively build teams and coach for professional development
