📋 Description

• The optimum individual performance of each habitat bank, as measured against its investment business case for the selling of Biodiversity Units (BU’s) • Transparent and consistent working approaches between Land, Ecology, Sales, Marketing, and Finance • Overall performance of their portfolio of HB’s delivers on financial targets • Utilize local market intelligence to understand demand levels and competitor supply • Involvement in the pre-onboarding phase of new habitat banks to ensure accurate demand and supply forecasting • Maximise habitat bank value using local market intelligence to enhance financial and ecological value • Deliver accurate forecasts for biodiversity unit sales • Work with sales and pricing teams to ensure pricing strategies reflect unique characteristics • Provide consistent narrative for habitat bank performance • Engage early in the onboarding process of new habitat banks • Work with commercial finance colleagues to set location specific pricing • Monitor price trends to optimise revenue opportunity • Track habitat bank metrics and regular monitoring and reporting of performance

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex market data, demand trends and financial forecasts to inform strategic decisions. • Financially astute and Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of pricing, market positioning and revenue optimisation strategies • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working across multiple departments including sales, marketing, ecology, finance and land teams • Communication: An excellent communicator. Engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders
