📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a diverse client portfolio • Build, optimize, and scale campaigns to exceed KPIs • Analyze performance data and guide strategic pivots • Lead client calls and strategy sessions as a trusted partner and growth advisor • Monitor Amazon beta programs, policy changes, and new platform features • Collaborate with creative, DSP, reporting, SEO, branding, and retail strategy teams • Lead, coach, and develop 2–3 Paid Search and DSP Strategists • Set performance expectations and prioritize team workloads • Ensure high-quality campaign execution and client results • Keep clients informed about new Amazon tools and growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP) • 2+ years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts • Expertise in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, or proprietary internal tools • Proven success improving ROAS, driving revenue growth, and surpassing performance goals • Experience managing multiple brands/client accounts • Must live in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Strategic, hands-on approach to campaign management • Data-driven and curious, with continuous testing, learning, and optimization • Clear, confident communication skills for client-facing roles • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 Paid Search and DSP Strategists
