📋 Description

• Lead & Grow the Team: Inspire and scale a global team across Marketing, Community, PR, and Events – while working hand-in-hand with the Creative team. • Own Growth: Scale users, developers, and ecosystem adoption. Track funnels, CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention — and act on insights. • Drive Adoption: Partner with our CBO to design and execute country-by-country go-to-market strategies across priority regions. • Shape Brand & Content: Oversee all output, from campaigns to visuals, ensuring world-class quality and consistency across every post and engagement. • Amplify Ecosystem: Highlight project successes, attract new builders, and make peaq the go-to brand in the Machine Economy in and beyond Web3. • PR, Narrative & Positioning: Build up peaq’s core narratives in tech and mainstream media. Be comfortable as a spokesperson on stage, with media, and with partners. • Community & Social: Lead channels with a voice that resonates beyond crypto; ship content and incentive loops that convert attention into active builders and users. • Events & Partnerships: Curate hackathons, summits, and activations with measurable pipeline and community impact. • Ops & Analytics: Own martech, dashboards, budget pacing; create systems and processes that scale globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in senior marketing roles with 2+ in leadership. • You’ve either scaled a top-100 Web3 project with standout comms and growth, or run marketing/growth at a leading global tech company and are a strong Web3 advocate, or have led your own web3 focused marketing agency for 5+ years successfully. • Proven track record delivering at least 2 successful digital product GTMs with public, measurable results. • Experience managing and scaling teams in high-growth environments. • Exceptional communicator and storyteller. Your English is on par with the King’s and you hold everyone to the highest standards of expression. • You’re a full stack marketer. • Sales-minded: you can pitch, persuade, and close. • You get the Web3/crypto culture, especially on X. • Strong sense for the brand – what works, what doesn’t – and you’ve got a keen eye for detail. You’re a perfectionist. • Ability to translate deep tech into simple, compelling narratives.
