• Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong experience in the Compensation (COMP) and Variable Pay (VAR PAY) modules. • Work on strategic projects involving implementation, rollouts and the evolution of compensation solutions within the SAP HXM ecosystem. • Design and configure merit-based pay programs, bonuses, and short- and long-term incentive plans. • Ensure adherence to HR policies and SAP best practices.
• Proven experience in implementation or support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. • Solid understanding of compensation processes, payroll cycles, and bonus policies. • Knowledge of integrations with Employee Central (EC) and People Analytics (Story Reports). • Experience creating business rules, complex templates, and managing permissions. • Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with clients and global teams.
