📋 Description

• Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations alongside the Sales team to showcase ERP solutions. • Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and performing workflow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, and accounting. • Consult with the sales force to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. • Act as a liaison with Product Managers to share insights and discuss potential product development opportunities. • Conduct customer and prospect webinars to educate and engage audiences. • Travel domestically up to 50% to support sales activities and customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of presales experience with Epicor CMS product or equivalent operational ERP experience. • Proven success in supporting both direct and channel sales, with experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance. • Documented experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations. • Background with ERP companies or VARs such as SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, NetSuite, or similar. • 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
