📋 Description

• This position is responsible for all aspects of network design, implementation, operation and support. • Provides advanced technical expertise to maintain the stability and security of the company’s networked environment to include SD-WAN, Data Centers, LAN, WLAN and Firewalls. • Works with business leadership on behalf of clients to ensure that requirements are understood and met. • Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services. • Escalation Point and Subject Matter Expert for all network-related problems. • Author and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented services. • Independently manages large enterprise projects to deliver value on time and within budget. • Provides technical oversight and design of hosted data center configurations and footprints. • Works with leadership to manage support and maintenance contracts. • Establishes and maintains relationships with key network and data center vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a Senior or Lead role • Experience with network task automation using Ansible is required • A thorough understanding of available network and security technologies including cost, benefit, price, etc. • A thorough understanding of hosted data center strategies (Converged and Hyper-converged infrastructure) and operational considerations • Strong hands-on working knowledge of Linux (SUSE, Ubuntu, Cumulus, CENTOS, etc.)
