📋 Description

• Define goals, scope and deliverables; create project plans, milestones, budgets and resource plans, and monitor progress with regular reporting • Act as interface between business units, IT, external partners and SAP; facilitate workshops, clarify requirements and priorities, and handle escalations • Identify, assess and manage risks; ensure adherence to standards, test quality and documentation • Plan and lead requirements workshops, and organize key-user and end-user training • Manage all testing phases, coordinate bug fixes, and prepare for, execute and stabilize after Go‑Live • Monitor the project budget and manage external consultants • Maintain ongoing alignment with management and the steering committee

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience delivering or leading IT/SAP projects • Optional experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, process optimizations and a basic familiarity with SAP modules • Experience as a (sub-)project manager, PMO or workstream lead with responsibility for teams, service providers and stakeholders; solid knowledge of both traditional and agile project management • Experience eliciting and analysing requirements, facilitating workshops and mediating between business and IT • Experience planning and managing test phases, performing root-cause analysis and prioritization of defects, ensuring quality assurance, documentation and sign-offs • Experience planning and controlling budgets, managing external partners and preparing/evaluating proposals or Statements of Work (SOWs)
