📋 Description

• Provide second- and third-level technical support for Cisco Enterprise Collaboration portfolio infrastructure, endpoints, and voice gateways via phone, email, and remote access • Troubleshoot and resolve device problems for internal and external customers • Collaborate with other MSC engineers to resolve issues • Deliver technical support for Cisco Enterprise Collaboration systems and provide subject matter expertise on system integrations • Mentor and assist with management, testing, implementation, and deployment of Cisco Collaboration technologies • Support technology migrations from onboarding through active production in managed service customer environments • Engage with MSC Management to influence technology quality and manageability • Create and maintain technical documentation for effective customer issue troubleshooting • Enhance or innovate tools, automations, and processes to help engineers solve customer problems faster

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to provide second- and third-level technical support for Cisco Enterprise Collaboration infrastructure, endpoints, and voice gateways • In-depth troubleshooting experience and practical knowledge of Cisco Collaboration infrastructure, endpoint, and gateway products • Practical working and technical knowledge of SIP, H.323, Unix/Linux, AD/Exchange, Video, Unified Contact Center, Cisco QoS, and Routing/Switching • Practical working knowledge of WebEx Calling and Contact Center • Practical working knowledge of Zoom Phone and Contact Center • Excellent or superior written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational skills • CCNA Collaboration • Active participation in scheduled after-hours escalation • Willingness to be on call 7x24x365, except for pre-approved exceptions • CCNP Collaboration preferred • CCIE Voice or Collaboration highly preferred • Substantial field implementation experience highly desired but not mandatory
