📋 Description

• Lead and develop the finance team, driving performance against KPIs • Own the group management accounts process and drive continuous improvement in reporting • Lead on statutory accounts, external audit, and multi-jurisdiction compliance • Oversee Group cash, treasury, banking relationships, and lender reporting, including covenants • Manage corporation tax, VAT, and R&D claims across the Group • Drive optimisation of finance systems, including Sage Intacct • Serve as a key voice in senior management and shape reporting, controls, and business growth

🎯 Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification • Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience • Track record leading a finance function within a multi-entity or international group • Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting • Confidence managing financial controls, balance sheet integrity, and month-end close • Strong Excel and financial systems skills • Experience with Sage Intacct, debt facilities/lender reporting, or covenant management (nice to have)
