📋 Description

• Support pupils with additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH • Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support • Help teachers manage the classroom and promote a calm, positive environment • Encourage learners' progress, confidence, and independence • Collaborate with teachers, ALNCOs, and external professionals • Uphold high standards of pupil wellbeing and safeguarding

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs • A calm, caring and flexible approach • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness for the employer to process one • Right to work in the UK and currently based in the UK • Valid ID documents • Two strong references
