📋 Description
• Initiates, coordinates and develops strategic plans and sales strategies • Develop account strategies & implementation plans • Identify new markets and research new business opportunities • Collect critical information for proposal preparation • Prepare and organize sponsor presentations • Coordinate and monitor any budget or contract negotiations • Interact with operations, keeping track of study statuses for projects • Establish and maintain regular contact with current and future clients • Monitor and track competitor CRO activities
🎯 Requirements
• Considerable CRO sales experience with strong negotiation and analytical skills • An established network of decision makers within Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies • Awareness of trends and government policies in the clinical trials area • Excellent communication skills • Strong and effective presentation skills • Excellent organisational, planning and multitasking skills • Ability to travel according to the needs of the business
