📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including commercial contracts with clients, hospitals, physicians, consultants and suppliers globally • Draft and update templates for industry-specific agreements, ensuring they reflect current legal and regulatory standards • Ensure contracts align with the company’s policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies • Propose updates to and keep standard contract language and guidelines, fallback contractual language and negotiating parameters up to date • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with clinical trials, data privacy and intellectual property • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and templates • Provide recommendations to minimize contractual risks • Assist in corporate governance matters, including drafting and maintaining corporate policies and bylaws • Provide support on employment-related matters, including employee contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations • Monitor and assess new regulations and changes to existing laws and regulations to ensure the company’s policies, practices, and procedures remain compliant • Maintain legal documentation and ensure proper record-keeping • Assist in handling legal disputes in collaboration with external counsel • Provide prompt and efficient legal support and assistance to the various stakeholder within the Group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification • Qualified solicitor • 2+- years’ experience in a top or mid-tier law firm, experience in practice areas such as corporate, commercial, IT and data protection is preferable • Proven ability to work autonomously within a collaborative and fast paced business environment • Proven ability to strike a balance between legal protections and commercial flexibility • High degree of professional ethics and integrity • Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information • Strong negotiation and drafting skills, attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with other members of the legal team and cross functional teams on organisational projects • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Advanced communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality • Fluent in English, both written and verbal • Proficiency in all MS-Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
