📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact point for project-related matters • Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services • Ensure delivered work meets or exceeds client expectations • Prepare project scope and objectives based on signed client agreements • Plan project activities, deadlines, and interim milestones • Prepare reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management • Prepare monthly reports serving as a basis for invoicing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in pharmacovigilance activities • Experience processing and quality reviewing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) • Experience writing or contributing to aggregate reports • Experience with literature screening and reconciliation • Experience preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Pharmacovigilance project management experience, ideally from a service provider or CRO • Healthcare professional or Life Science graduate • Comfortable communicating at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations • Leadership skills in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem solving
