📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact point for project-related matters • Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services • Ensure delivered work meets or exceeds client expectations • Prepare project scope and objectives based on the signed client agreement • Plan project activities, deadlines, and interim milestones • Prepare reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports used as a basis for invoicing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of pharmacovigilance activities, including processing and quality review of ICSRs • Experience writing or contributing to aggregate reports • Experience with literature screening and reconciliation • Experience preparing SOPs • Pharmacovigilance project management experience, ideally with a service provider or CRO • Health Care Professional or Life Science graduate • Comfortable communicating at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations • Good leadership qualities • Skills in planning, mentoring, meeting facilitation, communication, and problem solving
