📋 Description

• Identify, structure, and execute discretionary trading strategies across DeFi markets, including directional, event-driven, relative-value, and volatility opportunities. • Capture liquidity and flow-driven trades around market dislocations, incentive shifts, and capital rotations. • Identify cross-protocol and cross-asset opportunities arising from pricing inefficiencies and composability dynamics. • Position around catalysts and sentiment-driven events, including governance changes, token unlocks, and ecosystem rotations. • Monitor on-chain flows and volatility regimes to anticipate and respond to evolving market conditions. • Execute trades with precision and risk discipline. • Manage exposure and capital allocation through thoughtful risk management and P&L accountability. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve trading infrastructure, analytics, and execution workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of trading experience, with at least 2 years in crypto or DeFi markets. • Demonstrated success in discretionary trading with the ability to take and manage risk. • Strong understanding of DeFi market structure, on-chain liquidity, and token economics. • Ability to synthesize on-chain data, market context, and narrative factors into actionable trade ideas. • High degree of ownership, composure under pressure, and disciplined capital management. • Deep curiosity about the evolving structure of DeFi markets and protocols. • **Preferred Experience** • Experience at a proprietary trading firm, crypto fund, or DeFi-native desk. • Prior responsibility for the complete P&L management of a trading book. • Comfort working with across multiple chains and ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Hyperliquid, etc.). • Technical literacy or comfort collaborating with research and engineering teams.
