📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring successful production support (post go-live) for HCM and modules under the HCM umbrella • Actively contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice • Work independently with limited direction as a consultant on multiple client engagements • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototype • Support clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc. • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant at a Workday partner firm is required • HCM Core Workday Partner Certification is required • The following Workday Partner Certifications are preferred: Talent, Learning, PEX, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Benefits and Launch • Employment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification • Must have experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and be able to build custom reports • Strong organizational skills are required • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
