• Supervise and lead crew teams during installation and removal phases • Assemble and dismantle structural systems, scaffolding and associated infrastructure • Oversee working at height activities and ensure compliance at all times • Interpret drawings and RAMS to guide safe execution of works • Coordinate daily tasks to meet programme deadlines • Ensure correct use of tools, plant and access equipment • Monitor safe handling and movement of materials • Report hazards, incidents and near misses immediately • Maintain a safety-first approach across all venues • Attend Daily Activity Briefings (DABS) • Comply with all site safety rules, PPE requirements and client policies • Ensure WAH controls and rescue plans are understood and followed • Monitor crew welfare including dehydration and fatigue • Know emergency procedures, first aid locations and equipment points • Stop work and report anything unsafe immediately • Never operate with damaged tools or uncertain methods. Always escalate
• Proven experience supervising crew teams on construction or event sites • Strong Working at Height (WAH) knowledge and practical experience • Scaffolding or structural build experience • Basic carpentry skills • Ability to interpret structural drawings and site documentation • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Sound knowledge of health & safety principles • Confident leadership style with clear communication skills • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure • Seating installation or event overlay experience (preferred)
