• Provide clinical and technical support for ultrasound system demonstrations, customer evaluations, and sales initiatives across the Western U.S. territory. • Deliver on-site and remote applications training for human and veterinary customers to ensure successful system adoption and customer satisfaction. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Esaote ultrasound products, clinical workflows, and imaging applications. • Support customers by troubleshooting clinical application issues and coordinating with service teams for resolution. • Represent Esaote at trade shows, conferences, workshops, and educational events through presentations and live demonstrations. • Develop relationships with clinicians, veterinarians, and Key Opinion Leaders to support education, product awareness, and customer engagement. • Assist with marketing initiatives, product launches, and development of clinical imaging content and educational materials. • Maintain current knowledge of ultrasound technology, imaging protocols, and clinical best practices while mentoring internal team members and sharing expertise across departments.
• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program required • ARDMS multi-credentialed preferred (RDMS, RVT, RDCS) • Minimum 10 years of clinical ultrasound experience • Minimum 5 years in a commercial applications, training, or clinical support role within the medical device industry • Experience supporting both human and veterinary imaging environments preferred • Strong presentation and customer engagement skills required • Advanced understanding of ultrasound physics, instrumentation, and imaging principles • Knowledge of current clinical standards and imaging protocols • Strong troubleshooting and system operation capabilities • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
