📋 Description

• Initiate and lead large contractor conversion sales opportunities • Conduct product and technical training to Contractor and Distributor personnel • Present the Resideo story at dealer meetings, trade shows and other industry events • Gather competitive intelligence and market trends/insights • Conduct “opportunity advancing sales calls” with Contractors and Distributors • Prospect for potential new customers • Campaign Management • Customer Reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience • Valid driver's license • Sales Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or other trade • Customer Relations Management (CRM) software experience • A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices • Excellent team and communication skills • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction • An ability to influence at the operational level • An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships • Significant experience in selling (industrial) products • Deep technical expertise • Understanding of the Resideo value proposition as well as the competitive landscape.
