• Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and solve challenges using technology-driven solutions • Elicit, document, and refine business requirements into actionable user stories, workflows, and system configurations • Align technology initiatives with business strategies • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NetSuite ERP and related enterprise applications • Support automation initiatives through platforms like Workato or Zapier • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate technical solutions • Serve as a change champion by documenting processes, training users, and fostering adoption of new tools • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting NetSuite ERP • Proficiency with automation platforms such as Workato (preferred) or Zapier • Familiarity with Box (content management), AWS (cloud services), and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience • Skilled in requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder communication, and workflow documentation • Innovative, adaptable, and committed to driving efficiency through technology
