📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of our environmental engineering projects. • The Project Manager will play a key role in managing both consulting and renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • This position involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of projects while adhering to regulatory compliance and achieving client satisfaction. • We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar environment and comfortable managing workers in USA. • Assist with implementation of project tasks and milestones for environmental consulting and renovation projects. • Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external contractors to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables. • Keep track of timesheets, expenses, etc. • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management and clients, including project status, executive summaries, and final project reviews. • Attend meetings with US team to ensure the project is moving smoothly. • It will be an added bonus if you can help with: • Basic accounting tasks like following up on late invoices. • Create and monitor budgets, P&L for projects. • Ensure accuracy of the data provided in reports. • This position requires that you work nightshift because you will be dealing with US clients who are 12 hours behind your timezone.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in project management, ideally within the environmental engineering or construction sectors. • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
