📋 Description

• Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta • Create engaging ad copy, headlines, and basic creatives (using Canva or similar tools) • Set up targeting, audiences, and tracking (pixels, UTMs, etc. where applicable) • Monitor performance and provide simple, clear reports with recommendations • Test different creatives, audiences, and formats to improve results continually • Coordinate with our team to ensure brand consistency and aligned messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta • Strong understanding of B2B and/or service-based marketing (nice to have, but not mandatory) • Comfortable working independently, hitting deadlines, and communicating clearly • Able to invoice as an incorporated business or sole proprietor • Located in Canada or a North American time zone (preferred) • Bonus: Experience with reporting dashboards or basic analytics tools
